UNKNOWN DOCUMENTING ON SUICIDAL PTS

Concern brought up today regarding a patient from May 8,2023 v20820217 for lack of documenting on suicidal rounding, As that was 44 days ago, I cannot remember the details of 1 patient, we could have been extremely busy that day, we could have been short handed, could have been constantly chasing,fighting, securing these suicidal patients, all of these are very highly likely.
